This website is operated by MargoVero Diamonds. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MargoVero Diamonds. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or country of residence.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any malicious code or viruses.

A breach of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

3. Product Information & Pricing

We specialize in fine jewelry and natural diamonds. Due to the nature of precious metals and gemstones:

Prices may change without notice.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
Slight variations in color, weight, or appearance may occur.
Diamond specifications are approximate and based on industry standards.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

4. High-Value Orders & Payment Verification

For security and fraud prevention purposes:

Orders exceeding $5,000 CAD may require bank wire transfer.
We reserve the right to request identity verification, including government-issued ID.
Additional billing and shipping verification may be required.
Orders will only be fulfilled after full payment clearance.

We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect to be fraudulent or unauthorized.

5. Payment Terms

We accept payments via Shopify Payments, Interac e-Transfer (Canada), and Bank Wire Transfer.

For high-value purchases, clients may visit our boutique to complete payment in person.

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
High-value shipments require signature upon delivery.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for high-value items.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fine jewelry:

Custom or personalized items are final sale.
Engagement rings and special orders may be subject to specific return policies.
Items must be returned unworn, in original condition, within the stated return period.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

8. Accuracy of Information

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information on this site is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, logos, designs, and text, is the property of MargoVero Diamonds and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

MargoVero Diamonds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada.
