Returns and Exchanges Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Exchanges are accepted in our showroom only for bracelets, necklaces, and earrings that are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Rings and personalized items (engraved, customized, or made-to-order) are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange. For personalized items, we will confirm your approval at every step to ensure your piece is exactly as you want.

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at margoverodiamonds@gmail.com so we can assist you.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
