Every MargoVero Diamonds piece is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and fully insured to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after full payment confirmation.

  • Ready-to-ship items: 1–3 business days

  • Made-to-order or custom pieces: Production timelines vary and will be communicated individually

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

For high-value purchases, additional verification may be required before shipment.


2. Shipping Methods

We ship using insured and trackable courier services.

High-value items are shipped with:

  • Full insurance coverage

  • Signature required upon delivery

  • Secure and discreet packaging

We do not ship high-value items to P.O. Boxes.


3. Shipping Within Canada

All Canadian orders are shipped via insured courier.

Delivery times typically range between 1–5 business days depending on location.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.


4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.

  • Certain high-value items may require additional documentation.

We reserve the right to decline shipment to high-risk destinations.


5. High-Value Orders

For security and fraud prevention purposes:

  • Orders over $5,000 CAD may require bank wire transfer.

  • Identity verification may be requested prior to shipment.

  • Billing and shipping addresses must match for certain orders.

  • Orders may be subject to manual review.

We reserve the right to cancel any order deemed suspicious or fraudulent.


6. Delivery Responsibility

Once the shipment has been delivered and signed for at the provided address, MargoVero Diamonds is no longer responsible for the item.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive and sign for the package.


7. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If a delay occurs, we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue with the courier.


8. In-Store Pickup

Clients may choose to complete their purchase and collect their item directly at our boutique.

Private appointments are available upon request for high-value purchases.
